I also cover which types of exercise are most supportive to overall hormone health.
MODULE 4: Master Your Sleep
If you're not getting 7-8 hours of quality sleep, a lot of your efforts aren't going to get you results. Unfortunate, I know.
So I'm not just going to say "get more sleep" and send you on your way. I'm going to actually teach you how to get more, higher quality sleep!
MODULE 5: Support a Healthy Gut

That statement might not have been 100% correct, but our gut certainly impacts a whole lot!
In this module you'll learn how to improve digestion, about the importance of fiber, & how hydration also plays a key role!
MODULE 6: Replenish Your Body

In this lesson we'll take a deep dive into supporting mineral levels and then discuss the importance of clean food, air, & water, specifically what to prioritize and how.

Consider this the crash course in women's sex hormones that you should've had in high school, but actually no one ever taught you until now.

I created the modules inside the club intentionally, with busy moms in mind. Each module contains short, mini lessons that cover each core topic individually. This way you can listen to them quickly, take a break if you need to, and easily pick right back up where you left off.
In addition, there is no need to watch the presentations. All you need to do is listen. You can do this while cooking, doing dishes, folding laundry, going on a walk, or pop an earbud in while your kids are watching that same Bluey episode for the 100th time.
And don't worry, if you're a note taker---I took them for you!
