"Before working with Vanda my health was in an okay place, I had a lot of knowledge but I was still struggling to see how everything applied specifically to me. Through her trainings I learned that there is so much more affecting each of our systems than just food and exercise. I learned a ton about minerals and how they affect each of the hormones.
