In this session we'll dig into common scenarios that lead to you feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated.

Within 20 minutes I'll teach you how I incorporate getting to do at least two things for myself each and every day.

By the end of Day 3, you'll:
  • Learn how taking time each day for yourself reduces overwhelm & overstimulation
  • Gain tips for identifying small things that bring you joy
  • Start your own list of potential 2NN activities

Day 4
Friday July 25th

Fuel Yourself
In this session you'll learn how important it is to ensure that you're feeding and fueling yourself.

By the end of Day 4 you'll:
  • Learn how to put meals together that will assist with blood sugar regulation
  • Gain tips for fueling yourself when you feel like you have no time
  • Get my balanced blood sugar meal & snack ideas guid

Hey there! I'm Vanda

I'm a Functional Medicine Nurse who has learned (sometimes the hard way) how to feel my best in motherhood.


I've helped dozens of mamas just like you learn how taking time to care for themselves is not only do-able in motherhood, but it also decreases how often they're feeling over-whelmed, over-stimulated, and tapped out by their kids.


I wasn't always good at this though. 


After repeated instances of losing-my-shit with my kids and feeling defeated because I 'never got to do anything for myself anymore', I knew that something had to change.


So, I reached out for help from some of my wellness colleagues that were also mamas that made it all look so easy, and they shared their secrets with me.


I can't wait to share what I learned with you inside the Feel Good Mom Summer Challenge because my mission is to help as many mamas as possible, feel their absolute best!

  • How much time will this take?
    Our live daily trainings will be 20-30mins long. Each day I will give you a homework assignment that will take 10mins or less.
  • Will I really see results?
    Yes. If you implement the tools and strategies I'm teaching you during these 4 days, you'll feel less over-whelmed or over-stimulated by the end of the week.
  • Do I need to be on Facebook to participate?
    Sort of. The challenge group and live sessions will be hosted in private Facebook group. However, if you do not have an active Facebook account you can create a temporary account to access the challenge group & materials.
  • How long will I have access to the material?
    The Feel Good Mom Summer Challenge Workbook is yours to keep forever.
    Replays and access to the Facebook group will be available until July 30th.
  • Will there be replays if I can't make it live?
